the GOLDEN glow


To get back to regular blogging after a pause kinda takes good effort to be regular with it. I have been thinking to feature my windows for quite sometime and even the pictures were ready long back. Today Kamini's reference to Scandinavian light inspired me to bring out some of these pics I clicked in May this year. Sometimes it is amazing how golden that glow is and shines through everything around us. I guess this is what keeps us going in this cold country.


 

These pics below I just clicked today at 21.30 Norwegian time when the sun was just about setting :-). 


My son is coming back from his trip to India and this is the last week before my daughter heads back to her univ. So I am really looking forward to the golden moments with them this week. You too enjoy your week with the loved ones.

    Beautiful sun drenched pictures of ship and also pf the outdoors. So quickly the summer months just come go off leaving one pining for them especially for people living in countries like yours.
    Enjoy whatever is still left of summer, and of course your time with your kids, before it is time for each of them to move on.

    So beautiful Shanti, love the play of light on the objects and the gorgeous tree outside. I need the sun to feel good, so not sure how I would survive in Norway. Though now I am complaining about how hot it is in Florida:):)

    I have spent a couple of weeks in Norway, a few times of my life and I absolutely love that place. That golden glow is pretty awesome.

    I too love the evening glow in our living room these days. More so knowing that this glow will not be there for the next 6 months in winter!!!
