...... and these are called the weekend days :-). I and my son are having a quality mom-son time as Sekhar is away in Geneva. That means we can eat all the junk we like, sleep as late as we want, watch TV for several hrs. Does that sound like I have a very cruel husband. Nope!! that does not speak of him , it only speaks of me :-). Do you remember my buys here. I am happy to have found the right styling for this old wine jar :-) ( at least for now). What do you think ?

I was just reminding hubby yesterday when we would get jugs and glue string or twine around them and use them for candles. I personally really like bottles. Different shapes and colors. You found a great one, and the color combo of green bottle and lovely flowers is very pretty.
ReplyDeleteAh, a mother-son bonding session, love it:) The green bottle looks great there with the flowers, very nice:)

ReplyDeleteHi Shanti, great way to recylcle an old wine jar. I used to recylcle wine bottles when I was much younger and decorate them and hang them in macrame hangers. Those were the good old days, LOL I found and am now following you through My Romantic Home and will visit often. Please stop by my blog and perhaps you would like to follow me also. Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Chris
